The TEACH Program:
Where Youth Thrive and Families Grow The TEACH Program, the cornerstone initiative of The FIATM Group Inc., is more than just an after-school program, it’s a lifeline of support, connection, and possibility for youth ages 5 to 18. Rooted in the values of tutoring, mentoring, and nurturing, TEACH creates a safe, empowering space where young people are seen, heard, and guided toward their fullest potential. Each afternoon, TEACH becomes a sanctuary from the risks that arise when youth are left unsupervised, offering a powerful alternative to truancy, substance use, gang involvement, and community violence. Through consistent academic support, caring mentorship, and family-centered engagement, the program reinforces the importance of belonging, accountability, and love. At its core, TEACH is a celebration of family and community. It uplifts family values, strengthens intergenerational bonds, and equips youth with the tools to lead with integrity, resilience, and purpose. Whether it's helping with homework, navigating life’s challenges, or simply being a trusted presence, TEACH stands as a beacon of hope; one child, one family, one neighborhood at a time. |
Next Level Athletics Alliance (NLAA): Building Champions On and Off the Field
The Next Level Athletics Alliance (NLAA), a flagship initiative of The FIATM Group Inc., is more than a youth sports program—it’s a launchpad for leadership, resilience, and lifelong growth. Designed for young athletes ages 5 to 18, NLAA offers access to a wide range of competitive sports, many with Olympic pathways, creating opportunities for excellence at every level. But NLAA isn’t just about the scoreboard. It’s about shaping character, strengthening families, and building community. Through teamwork, discipline, and mentorship, youth develop critical life skills—confidence, perseverance, and respect—that extend far beyond the game. Every practice, every match, every moment is a chance to grow into the next generation of leaders. At its heart, NLAA uplifts family values and community pride. It brings families together in the stands, on the sidelines, and in celebration of shared victories—big and small. 🐾 SKATT TALES: Animation with HeartIn collaboration with The Lift Entertainment Group, we’re proud to introduce SKATT TALES an animated cartoon series (and potential feature film!) that brings the spirit of SKATT to life through colorful characters, imaginative storytelling, and powerful messages.
SKATT TALES is a celebration of creativity, resilience, and the magic of childhood. It’s designed to entertain, educate, and inspire showing kids that they can be heroes in their own stories.
Leading this exciting venture is LaShae Brown, President & COO of SKATT TALES and Executive Limited Partner of The Lift Entertainment. With her visionary leadership and passion for youth empowerment, LaShae is helping shape a new era of inclusive, purpose-driven entertainment.
