MENTORING TO SUCCESS -  For years, FIATM has believed that every young person deserves someone who will see their potential long before they can see it themselves. Few stories reflect that belief more powerfully than Joshua Hunter’s. When Joshua first entered our Mentoring to Success (MTS) Program, he had been told that graduation was unlikely and was facing significant academic and personal challenges. Yet through his determination, resilience, and willingness to embrace support, Joshua transformed his future. Today, he is not only a high school graduate but a proud member of the United States Army who has already earned promotion to the rank of Sargent, an achievement that speaks volumes about his leadership, discipline, and character. Joshua’s journey is not simply a success story; it is a testament to what can happen when young people are surrounded by encouragement, accountability, and opportunity. FIATM, is incredibly proud to celebrate Joshua’s accomplishments and the man he has become. His story reminds us that circumstances do not define destiny, and that with faith, perseverance, and the right support system, extraordinary outcomes are possible. Joshua Hunter continues to inspire the next generation of students in our program, proving that no goal is too far away and no obstacle is too great to overcome. ​

2026 CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE

​Celebrating the Excellence of the Class of 2026
The FIATM Group proudly celebrates the extraordinary achievements of our Class of 2026 graduates, a remarkable group of young leaders who have demonstrated academic excellence, perseverance, character, and purpose throughout their educational journey. This year's graduating class earned acceptance and scholarship opportunities to prestigious institutions including University of Southern California, Howard University, Biola University, New York-based colleges and universities, and Grand Canyon University, while also producing a Valedictorian among its graduates. What makes this accomplishment even more significant is that these students spent all four years of their high school experience participating in FIATM's Mentoring To Success (MTS) Program. Through consistent mentorship, academic support, accountability, leadership development, and family engagement, these students transformed potential into achievement. Their success stands as a powerful testament to what is possible when young people are surrounded by encouragement, opportunity, and a community that believes in their future. We congratulate the Class of 2026 for setting a new standard of excellence and proudly carrying the legacy of Mentoring To Success into the next chapter of their lives.
