The FIATM Legacy Builders Youth Leadership Academy is a six-week youth leadership and enrichment initiative designed to serve up to 40 Youth ages 9–16 throughout Riverside County.
The Academy combines critical thinking, self-awareness, financial literacy, leadership development, life skills education, athletics-based character development, mentorship, career awareness, entrepreneurship, and community engagement into a structured experience that equips young people with the skills necessary to become successful students, responsible leaders, engaged community members, and future professionals.
Through the Academy's three pillars - How Are You Thinking, How Are You Living and How Are You Showing Up, participants will develop the confidence, character, and practical life skills needed to positively impact their schools, families, and communities.

The FIATM Group Inc. (Family Is All That Matters) is a community-based organization dedicated to strengthening youth, families, and communities through mentorship, leadership development, athletics, academic support, and community engagement initiatives.
Founded on the belief that every young person deserves access to positive role models, meaningful opportunities, and supportive environments, FIATM creates pathways that help youth develop confidence, accountability, leadership skills, and a vision for their future. The organization has established strong relationships with schools, families, educators, coaches, community leaders, and local partners to ensure young people have access to resources and experiences that support long-term success.
