We at The F.I.A.T.M. GROUP INC would like to share our vision with you and welcome you into our mission. The Family Is All That Matters Group Inc., referred to as The F.I.A.T.M. GROUP INC, is a Non-Profit Organization created to serve At-Risk-Youth, Teen Mothers, and Families in learning to make positive choices to ensure a better quality of life.
We believe that the well-being of children and families is wholly impacted by the environment and community that they live in. Their community should be supportive and provide robust, stable, and inclusive opportunities.
Through our work at F.I.A.T.M., we work with our community to help them better understand the factors of community impact and how it improves child and family well-being—and then put that knowledge into action.
We partner with neighborhoods and community stakeholders to challenge and transform systemic influences, policies, and practices that negatively impact communities. Our activities help residents and their public/private area partners make their communities as robust, equitable, and inclusive as possible to become places where children and families can flourish. As our teamwork continues, we increase the capacity of stakeholders to attain better results for children and families. Through these efforts, we see improvements in how communities align their resources and, ultimately, better outcomes for children and families.

Most of our interaction was focused on how my mentee was doing in school and his career plans. I only wish I could have had this opportunity when I was a student.

The F.I.A.T.M. GROUP, INC's was extremely proud this day to have such a Community Pillar in IEHP step up and Bless us with furniture, desks and support in a huge time of need. This support with Marci Coffey and her team allowed for us to re-establish ourselves after the devastating fire that wiped us out. Out of the Ashes with the help of IEHP.

The F.I.A.T.M. GROUP, INC's Next Level Athletics Alliance (NLAA) is a complete youth sports program offering participation in a variety of competitive youth sports all of which may have Olympic ties. And provides youth the opportunity to develop positive life skills.

SoCal Family Support Services
Through generous, widespread public support and a collaborative team of exceptional staff and volunteers, we aspire to become the provider of choice for emergency financial and other assistance to the families that we service. Where there is a need we do not provide, we will partner with others for the benefit of our services.

Kids Youth Mentorship Services Inc.
Founded in 1995 by Kymberly Taylor. Realizing the strong need for programs that address the comprehensive needs of youth, the director developed a number of such projects to service young people across the nation.
